System Roles is only available SSRS Security Manager Enterprise Edition, this tab will only be seen with SSRS running in native mode.
The system roles screen works in the same way as the roles screen- see roles for further information.
System Roles, System Security, Audit Report will only be seen in the enterprise version of the product.
