In preparation for the migration at this point there should be no new items added to the SSRS source and destination servers
If an item is changed you need to refresh the grid see last screenshot below button (2)- Refresh Item. Alternatively a full refresh is button (4)
The health check can be used in 2 ways.
1.A health check to fix orphaned items on the source server before migration
2.Entering information prior to migration. eg. account details for data sources, report data sources, data driven subscription data sources
•The tab pages ( Root Folders, System Configuration, System Roles etc..) are order by dependencies.
•Work through the tabs top to bottom. Lower tab pages may be dependent on previous tab pages. Changing an item can cascade to lower tabs. See Cascading Tabs
•The background color represents grouping by item type
•Selected tab page has title text bold
•Tab page icon is the status of the current item.
•Visibility of tab pages depends on items selected to migrate.
•The tab pages may not all fit on the screen if they do you fit you will see a scroll bar at the bottom:
In the screen shot below System Configuration is bold showing it is the selected tab page. The icon is amber meaning there are differences in the source and destination SSRS Server.

1. Set Item Settings |
Move to migration. This will not start the migration there is an additional confirmation button. before doing this ensure all tab page icons are green. It is likely the data Connection tab will be still red showing a missing item but you need to make a judgement call on this. |
2. Refresh Item |
Refresh the selected tab item. Note for subscriptions items only the Subscriptions tab page has the refresh enabled. |
3. Export Grid to Excel |
Export current item to Excel |
4. Refresh All |
Refresh all items |
5. Export All to Excel |
Export all items to Excel. Note this is useful for a healthcheck without migration. Otherwise you can choose to automatically export the options on migration see Migration Log- Export Configuration to Execl |
6. Show Password |
Some of the tab pages have username and password. For convenience you can select this option to view the passwords |
7. Set Source Report Manager |
Some items have a "FIX" column this has a hyperlink opening up the page to fix the connection in a browser. You must enter the SOURCE report manger URL (format http://<server>/reports |
