In the Options window in SSRS Subscription Manager click the Subscription tab
There are 2 ways to change the subscription Description on a report.
1.Single Subscription description change for a specific report
2.Bulk Subscription description change for a specific report
Note: Before you change the description of one or more subscriptions you must specify a user name and password, in the bottom left.
