Note the application works with .xls and .xlsx Excel files. You choose the file type in the backup

 

 

For each report an Excel file is created with the same name as the report/linked report.

There is a worksheet for each delivery extension.

 

 

 

Worksheets

The worksheet names are the same as the delivery extension by default these are:

 Report Server Email  ( if email has been configured on SSRS)

 

If other delivery extensions have been installed they will also be shown as a worksheet.
