To change the execution time for multiple subscriptions
Before you change the execution time of one or more subscriptions you must specify a username and password, in the bottom left.
1.Select the report in the tree view
2.Check the subscriptions the subscription you wish to change.
3.Choose a schedule
3.1.choose the start date/time
3.2.(optional) choose the end date/time
4.(optional) but recommended choose an increment time in the bulk change group box. Note the increment is not an option for shared schedules.

5.Press the Bulk Change button
